Vintage 1963 Shillman Ken Clone Striped Tie

Vintage 1960's Male Fashion Doll blue and red striped necktie with elastic band.  Made by the Shillman company as a Neck Tie and Bow Tie Set.  The elastic has yellowed and is not so stretchy due to age.  The satin tie itself is in clean and good condition.  Please see photos for details.
