Kenner made a line of "Berry Wear" outfits for Strawberry Shortcake and her friends.  Each card came with 2 outfits.  This is from the Berry Quaint outfit.  It's a pale lavender halo shape made for the regular size dolls (Strawberry Shortcake herself.)
